How it all got started
The trip was brilliant. Finding it nearly broke me.
Last summer I wanted an affordable multi-city trip around Europe for me and my kids. It took several days of searches, spreadsheets and different flight combinations before Barcelona and Milan finally lined up at a price that worked.

Two major European cities packed into one unforgettable trip. The three flights cost £79 per person in total. I loved it and wanted something similar this year. I just could not face going through all that searching again.
I wanted one simple answer: “I live near this airport. I want to go away for two to four nights. Where can I go that gives me the most time in the best places for the best value?” That is how Extreme Getaways was born.
